GP24 required a modern digital platform capable of supporting a wide range of healthcare services while remaining simple and approachable for patients across Ireland. The project focused heavily on accessibility, user experience, and trust-building through clean layouts, clear service pathways, and conversion-focused design. From online doctor consultations and repeat prescription requests through to out-of-hours care information, every section was carefully structured to help users quickly access the support they need. Alongside the visual and UX improvements, SEO foundations and scalable page structures were implemented to support long-term organic growth and ongoing service expansion.
